When is AGC 2027?
The UPMASA Annual Grand Convention 2027 will be held July 1–4, 2027, at the Marriott Griffin Gate Golf Resort & Spa in Lexington, Kentucky.
Who can attend AGC 2027?
AGC welcomes UPMASA members, alumni, guests, and family members.
When does registration open?
Registration opens on January 1, 2027.
Can I register onsite?
On-site registration is not available. It is highly recommended to register in advance.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full Convention Package cancellations received on or before May 31, 2027, are eligible for a refund, less a $100 administrative processing fee.
All individual event ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Registration transfers are permitted through May 31, 2027. No transfers or registration changes will be accepted after this date.
How do I book my hotel room?
A special UPMASA room block will be available. The reservation link and booking instructions will be posted on the website when available.
What is the closest airport to the convention hotel?
The closest airport is Blue Grass Airport (LEX), located approximately 9 miles (15–20 minutes) from the Marriott Griffin Gate Golf Resort & Spa. Rideshare services, taxis, and rental cars are readily available. There is no complimentary hotel airport shuttle.
Will I receive a CME certificate?
Yes. Registered CME participants who meet the attendance requirements will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
Who are the Golden and Silver Jubilarians in 2027?
The 2027 convention will honor:
- UPCM Class of 1977 – Golden Jubilarians (50 Years)
- UPCM Class of 2002 – Silver Jubilarians (25 Years)
Can my spouse or family attend social events?
Yes. Guests may attend eligible social events by purchasing the appropriate tickets.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your confirmation email or a valid photo ID is sufficient for check-in unless otherwise instructed.
Will special dietary requests be accommodated?
Every effort will be made to accommodate dietary restrictions if requested during registration. Please indicate your needs when completing your registration.
Is parking available at the hotel?
Yes. Parking information, including any applicable fees or discounts for AGC attendees, will be posted before the convention.
