Who can attend the CME activity?
Anyone who registered for AGC 2026 is welcome to attend, but only those who purchased a full package or individual CME ticket will be eligible to receive a CME certificate and can avail of the breakfast on CME days.
Who are eligible to receive a CME certificate?
Only those who:
- registered and paid for the CME event (or are speaking/moderating a CME session),
- were physically present at the event, and
- completed the evaluation
Do I need to fill out an evaluation?
Yes, this is mandatory if you want to receive a CME certificate.
The evaluation will consist of an evaluation for the entire CME activity, and a brief evaluation for each session (total of 18 speakers and 4 Q&A/panel discussions).
Your evaluation of the sessions will serve as your attendance of the sessions.
To those who registered and paid for this CME event, please remember: no evaluation, no CME certificate.
We want to make sure we have proper documentation of the attendance of bearers of the CME certificates through their evaluation, to comply with the regulations of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP).
How do I access the evaluation?
We will be paperless this year!

Can someone assist me in filling out the online evaluation?
Yes! CME staff will stay in the conference hall after the CME activity ends on July 5, 2026, from 12:00 to 12:30 pm, and assist attendees who need help in completing the online evaluation.
How are the CME credits calculated?
There will be a total of 22 sessions (18 speakers and 4 Q&A/panel discussions). Each session will be awarded 1/3 credit. Per AAFP’s policy, the total credits will be rounded to the nearest quarter.
Examples:
- Those who attended/evaluated 20 sessions (20 x 1/3 = 6.67) will be granted 6.75 credits.
- Those who attended/evaluated 21 sessions (21 x 1/3 = 7.00) will be granted 7.00 credits.
- Those who attended/evaluated 22 sessions (22 x 1/3 = 7.33) will be granted 7.25 credits.
Is there a deadline for the submission of the evaluation?
Yes. If you want to get your CME certificate, you must submit the online evaluation by July 24, 2026.
How can I get my CME certificate?
In keeping with our paperless policy, all CME certificates will be e-mailed to eligible participants in PDF format by the CME Committee. We realize that for many of you, the CME certificate is a requirement to get a reimbursement for fees for this event from your institution, so the CME committee staff will work to get this certificate e-mailed to you as soon as you submit the online evaluation and certainly no later than July 31, 2026.
